Clean and beautiful accom with unbeatable location just off many shopping areas as well as a hospital. The food was fabulous, I appreciated eggs, coffee and toast served in the morning. The pool area was well-maintained too.

I loved the place, it was spotless & the staff were kind. Found in the very nice area. Also, altru main clinic was 1 km away from the hotel. Well prepared continental breakfast - fab coffee, toast and eggs. Pool was clean.

i felt it was good value. especially attentive staff and a generous breakfast including lots of coffee, fruit, pancakes, hot waffles and scrambled eggs. the staff did all they can for a splendid stay. only a short distance to the astonishing beach. fascinating location, grand forks international airport was 0.5 km away.

we appreciated the rooms and staff. there's hardee's serving quick orders right next to the hotel. besides, the property has a free parking. it was a 3-star hotel in every way.

Would come back for sure when in Grand Forks, we didn't want to leave. We truly enjoyed hotel's drinks and rooms. The bar is small;))
